Heya quick pricing question :)

Does anyone on here have corset piercings?

And how much do they cost?

I find them to be FUCKIN SICK!!!

I know I'm a guy but I've seen some others with them,

And was thinking about getting one also?

Re: Heya quick pricing question :)

My friend used to have a gauntlet done, the price depends on how many piercings are done to get the size you want. I think they are pretty badass, but certainly not worth the money considering the rejection rate of the surface piercings, and corsets arent really meant to be permanent. My friend, he had 12 piercings in the gauntlet and I think it was 7 or 8 had rejected out. If it's for something special (women who get the back corsets done for their wedding ect.) then I'd say go for it, but otherwise I stand it's not worth a few hundred for a set of scars.

Re: Heya quick pricing question :)

I know one person who had one thats lasted. But it was done with microdermals, she rarely wears rings/ribbon, just discs. And a couple had to be redone after they rejected. Very expensive!

Generally corset piercings are done for special occasions only, like weddings, photoshoots, conventions etc. And then removed straight after. They reject before they heal, and thats just not pretty.

Re: Heya quick pricing question :)

I think I'm gonna take my chances with the rejection ratio.

Only because my body doesn't reject things :P

I've had things done that weren't Kent to be permanent, but they stayed and I just eventually took them out.

I don't really scar easily either...?

I know, I'm weird

E/: I still need to know a rough pricing on 8-10 piercings!!

'a few hundred' doesn't really help :/

Hi, I know this is irrelevant but it may help someone here in the UK who may want the same thing.
The cost here is 10 ring or more would be £25 per ring, less than 10 is £30 per ring, that is using micro dermal's as they are more permanent.

Regards

Thank you ^_^
That gives me sort of an outlook on pricing.

I might go down to my tattoo shop today and ask

Re: Heya quick pricing question :)

From my piercer, 8-10 surface would probably be 25-35 each and for microdermals about 50-60 each. He always knocks his pricings down when you are getting more than a couple at a time. I would assume other shops would do the same but depending on reputation of the shop and how well you know the piercer (I'm friends with mine from going so often) it could be more or less. Sorry I'm not TOO much help, I haven't paid the actual price for a piercing in years xD

Micro Dermals are the way to go - my piercer has 2 in his head which he attaches 2 horns onto !
