Chip In Jewelery

Title kinda explains it. One of the pieces of my brand new pairs of glass plugs has an incredibly small chip in the wearable area. What do you think, bad idea to continue wearing them? I've worn them once with the chip in them before I realized it, but have been afraid to since. I clean all my jewelery and my ears every day as soon as I take the jewelery out, so I'm not worried about bacteria buildup, I'm just worried about the possibility of it slicing the inside of my ear. The chip really is extremely small, so small you really can't even notice it if you run your finger over it. What do you all think is a smart idea?

In the wearable I really wouldn't risk it. Sharp even if its doesn't look it. Plus any chips will rather destabilise the glass. As that stupid windscreen advert keeps telling me, chips spread fast! (espcecially if they get frosty)
You could try wearing them in earskins I spose. But probably just better to buy replacement (or maybe try sell the happy single?)
If it wasn't in the wearable I'd tell you to fill it with clear nail varnish and hope

Try contacting the company you bought them from. Hopefully they'll replace the plug for you.

I doubt they'd do that cause I've had them for probably about a month or maybe a tiny bit more and obviously I've already worn them/it. I bought the pair from Body Art Forms. Those of you that have used them before do you think they would? I'm at 3/4"

I'm stopping at 0g or I would buy your one. I'm not sure if BAF would send another one or not, worth a shot, all they can say is no.

Yep, not like they'll bite your head off over the phone.

Plus, you'll never know if you don't ask. Good luck, and I hope they'll work with you on this.
