Need some help

I've never used tapers to stretch, never stretched too quickly and never skipped sizes, in fact i used teflon and bondage tape to get where I am now. I used sea salt soaks and now massage with jojoba oil daily.
However on my left lobe I have this lip forming, and i know it's not a blowout(maybe a type of blowout??). when i put plugs in it's like the skin will either stick out in the front or back, I don't want to stretch farther and look like this:

or this:

I don't know whether wearing o- rings tight to my ears will help the skin fold in and heal or maybe just waiting?

This next part is unrelated but I've stretched very cautiously as compared to my friend who is now at 3/4ths and got there by just shoving the next size plug in and his ears look fine, then his got messed up bad and even after that now he's at the same size in a month. This kid got where he was from a 10ga in less then a year where as i've been taking it slow and cautious and my ears just won't take it. :(

To me that really does look like a blowout. If you haven't had it long, take your jewelry out. If you its been like that for a whille then I'm not sure that it will go away.

I am not sure what I am looking at in these photos. Is it the fact that ear lobe is not evenly stretched?

those are photos of pretty much what my ears look like but exaggerated. Whenever I put a plug in, one side of my ear sticks out like a cone wrapping around the plug and I don't know what to do to fix it.

What you can try is the following, called backtucking.
It's where you put your plug in from the side that has the blowout, pushing the skin "back in" to the hole, then making sure your flares/o-rings/screw ring fits snugly (but not tightly) against your lobe to make sure the skin doesn't pop back out.
It would also help to downsize, followed by daily ear massages with jojoba oil, bio oil, emu oil or vitamin E oil.
Doing that fixed my blowouts.
