Hey guys im kinda on the fence about this one..

I got both ears pierced at a 14G about 3 months ago but had to take them off cause my step dad saw them. (He said might as well get your penis pierced) .

Im planning to move out in a month or two. Under his roof i cant put on the earrings, so should i just wait for my 14G holes to close or wait to get it re pierced at 8G?

Maybe but i dont think i can find one at 14G..

Plus i think my pierced ears are kinda messed up. I feel a lump inside the hole in my right ear. And my left piercing is at a bad angle..

Anyone know how long it takes to heal to get it re pierced?

id get them repierced at a larger size in a few months. im not sure how long it takes to completely heal up so id talk to a piercer about it

dude, seriously. they are taking a chunk of skin out of ur ear of course they wont close. Dont stretch ur lobes or get them punched if u dont want them as a permanant mod. This shouldnt just be a trend for u. u have to love it or u will end up like one of my sorry ass friends with gross stitched ears, fucked up butthole ears that wont close, all cuz they did it to be trendy. just stretch them to an 8g, its a waste of money to get punched at an 8

Dermal, no. You can get pierced with a needle at 8g, though. I did it. Most good piercers can pierce lobes with an 8 gauge needle without any problem. Some may be willing to go to 6 or even 4, but those will be rare.

one user got pierced at a 2g i believe. its very possible to get large gauge piercings. dont dermal punch though, you need that tissue to keep from having thin ass lobes

Any idea how long i should wait to get my ears re pierced? i had 14g lobes for 3 months now..
