taping question! how fast?

Ok guys here's the thing I have previously had my ears stretched to 7/16 but had to have the holes somewhat close up to get a job.. I've had the job for almost 2yrs now however I work nights and can conceal a stretch now:) my goal is to get to a 1/2 (one size bigger then my last stretching) buuut it closed up to a 6g but the skin is elastic enough to stretch to a 0g in about 3weeks (where I'm at now) I've been using the taping method to stretch it slowly and it was always ready for the next size in a 3days or so however it won't accept anymore fcpc tape as its reached its size of 0g with help of vit E oil massages and no pain:) how long should I wait to put on a few more wraps to be at 00g?? I don't want to go to fast.. thanks:)

Just wait until it'll go in with little to no resistance and no pain. Most people do about one or two tape wraps every other day. Also, make sure you wait the normal amount of time between sizes like you would with any other stretching method.

Another thing to keep in mind is as you reach the larger sizes you'll need to wait longer before adding tape. I went from 8g to 00 without taping in just a couple months, but once I hit 7/16 I had to wait a couple weeks-a couple months before going to the next size. Listen to your ears. You shouldn't have to force it in, so if you add tape and it's really hard to get in take the tape off and give yourself more time.
