Maybe a "general piercings" , questions on piercings other than stretched lobes seem to get lost around the various subfora.

I second the previous notions, and also perhaps updating the FAQ, a lot of the same questions seem to be asked over and over and over again.

I would also really like a section for reviews of the different jewellery shops- so that people could tell about their experiences with purchasing items from around the net etc.
