Which one's your "good" ear?

My right ear is perfectly fine, stretches beautifully, never hurts. My left ear starts hurting randomly, takes longer to heal between stretches and generally just gives me more grief than my right.
Today, my left ear decided it wanted to hurt like a bitch for no reason. No swelling, redness, any signs of infection, and everything looks normal, but I was about ready to amputate my ear and source a prosthetic one. Thankfully, the ibuprofen kicked in before 5PM and all of my co-workers were spared my misery.
Soaking hell of helped it, too, but I'm not looking forward to future stretches, especially 8 to 6g.

My left ear used to be way worse, but now they're about the same. Piercings on my left side have always hurt WAY more than the ones on the right, though, and my piercer said that's a pretty common thing.

Left one is usually my worst... although I haven't really had any bad ones as such.
I have however, caught my beanie and my scarf on my ear, which was effing painful for about a day, then it was fine again.

Totally being the odd one out..
My left ear is the perfectly behaved one. Stretches better, and looks better too.

Glad I'm not the only one who has this problem. I guess it might have something to do with which side of your brain is dominant. Or which side you sleep on? No idea.
I'm glad it doesn't get so cold here that we need to wear winter apparel. I did have my nose pierced a few times back in the day before I was clever enough to get it done with a ring and all of those met their untimely demise on bath towels and clothing.

i got my ears pierced for my 7th birthday in a mall at claires >.> did all of the bad stuff to it too (cleaned it with peroxide, twisted the jewelry, all the things they tell you to do). and when i was 10 i ripped the earring out of my right ear D: not like ripped my lobe in half or anything like that, but there is scar tissue and my right is definitely the more pissy of the two.

Ow, damn. Yeah, I did all the same things when I got mine pierced as a kid, I'm surprised they never got infected. Just goes to show that your lobes are pretty tough.

Yet I stretch the left one and it practically has a conniption over it. I don't really get why it hurts at random intervals... gets a bit frustrating. It just started hurting again about 5 minutes ago. Thank science for painkillers.

My ears seem to have moods, LOL.
Sometimes it will be the left that's horrible, and sometimes it will be the right.
I think my left looks better though.
