My friend need help. He got ear stretched from a 4g to a 2g recently via tapering and he did it over the course of a few days which was probably too quick. Now he has infection in earlobe. He has been cleaning away the pus/blood every now and again. Any help to get rid of this?

Wash with gentle soap and water 2 times a day and rotate the plug to make sure the soap and water get in and out, and leave it alone.
