i've had 3/4 gauges for three years .
i've been trying for 4 months to gauge to a 7/8 !
i've tried taking a warm shower before strecthing, fingering it (lol), massaging them, metal gauges, silicone (i know thats bad ! i was out of options !), tapers, EVRYTHING
it's all good until a few hours later.. then the pain is so out of this world, i HAVE to take them out ..):
dammit, i wish i could do this, I HAVE NEVER HAD A BLOW OUT AND HAVE GAUGED VERY SLOWLY THROUGH THE YEARS, I HAVE ALOT OF LOBE LEFT, TOO !
please help, whats wrong ?

The stretch from 3/4" to 7/8" is big.. thats 19mm to a 22mm..
Get some plumbers tape and add a few strips around your plugs so that it lightens up the stretch on your lobes. Or i think you could get some weights

Taping seems to be the only solution here.
Get some PTFE(plumber's tape) or bondage tape.
Wrap it around a single flare plug.
I wouldn't know how frequently to wrap the plug since I've never used this method.

What is tapping? How is it done? Is it harmful to ears? Sorry if my question is a stupid one.
