What oils do you use and how and when do you use them?

I have a few questions about different oils and things like, vitamin e oil, jojoba oil, Holley butter.

What do you use?
Do you use it when healing or only on healed stretches?
Do you take your jewelery out?
And what are the different benefits of the different oils?

Right now im doing vitamin e massages on my ears to break up scare tissue left over from an old piercing, will that work?

Thanks.

I use Lucas' Pawpaw Ointment, I don't think you can get it outside Australia, but it's really good. On the tube it says, "A local topical application for boils, burns, chafing, cuts, cracked skin, gravel rash, splinters, open wounds, insect bites and nappy rash. The ointment helps to relieve and cleanse."

It's the best thing ever, I use it for everything, from lip cream to mozzie bites. I even use it to lube up my plugs when I stretch.

Yay another Aussie! Also I didn't even think of Lucas' Pawpaw ointment, that stuff worked wonders on my dermatitis when I was a kid.

I use Jojoba oil in the evening, makes my lobes nice and soft and supple, good for breaking up scar tissue too which I have a bit of.
