hole closing

ive stretched my ear.. and its been two days since. i can move my plug freely in its hole, twist it etc etc and it doesnt hurt.. feels healed and all good. but the second i take it out the hole closes up and i cant get the plug back in.. but when i use a taper it easily opens up.. why is this??
and im not allowed to wear them at school, i go back tmrw. will my hole close up after 10 hours..?

Re: hole closing

You're supposed to leave a new stretch alone for a month, to settle. It's springing back because you aren't leaving it alone. So either just let the jewelry rest in the piercing for around four weeks, washing and soaking with it in, or downsize and wait to stretch when you don't have to remove them daily.

I agree, you shouldn't be removing the jewellery from a stretch that fresh. If you keep removing it you're just causing unnecessary stress and irritation to it.
