Can i stretch further?

One ear looks like it can go another size, the other doesn't. It's because as I stretched I began to notice I must have been pierced unevenly. I got them when I was like 2. I didn't notice until I was at this size (0g) and now it's too late to repierce 
I've tried downsizing, but it didn't seem to help thicken the meat much. I want to go up, but I'm afraid they're too thin! What do you think? Any additional advice to make the stretch possible?
