Hey i had a 8mm Spike in and tryed to push it up to a 12mm, its kinda ripped on both side but only minor ones when out when the 12mm is in its just two rips on the inside of my ear and i don't want to downsize... What do you think would be wiser... i would go back down to 6mm -8mm if needed?

If you tried to go from 8mm straight to 12mm, I can see why you ripped your ears! You shouldn't skip sizes.

How "minor" are we talking here?

If I were you I'd downsize, leave it a good long time to heal and then take it slow. One size (9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm) every two months. You can buy the rarer sizes (9mm, 11mm) from Body Jewellery Shop.

like you only notice them if you let them downsize to a 9mm or around there but when 10mm+ there around you can only see a cut

lol u should downsize, i know from experience what will happen if u dont. i ripped my ear a while back an i continued stretchin an now my one ear looks like a wrinkly asshole xD jus downsize an ul be fine. like leigh say jus take it slow

ya, i downsized after about a week. cuz like a dumbass i thought that if i left it alone it would heal wihtout downsizing. I used vitamin e oil too, an now i do jojoba massages an stuff. It looks alot better then when it first happened. I actually have a pic of how it looks now, enjoy xD

I wouldn't say that was too dramatic though, I've seen a lot worse!

lol ya, its alot better. U shoulda seen it when i first did it, had lil tears all around the sides
