Oh yeah that looks like a pretty bad one. It looks to me from that picture that you pushed out about half of it :/ not good. Sorry to say it but my advise would be to go naked for a while and do lots of oil massages trying to push it back in, if you dont, it might heal that way and be like that forever. Not attractive to say the least. Hope that helps

it appear from a day to another when i was sleepin, quite strange. Yeah, would be not attractive to have a ear lobe like this. I'll stay naked for a while and keep doing oil massages. Thank you.
