Alright so i think i have wrinkles instead of cat butt because it isnt that bad. I cant see anything here where anyone has said too much about it. So lets say you stop stretching and have cat butt, but leave your plugs in, will it eventually even out? Do massages actually help? And lastly whats the difference between wrinkles and cat butt?

I think everyone's ears have a small amount of wrinkling when they don't have plugs in but if they're very pronounced it's most likely cat butt. Cat butt is just scarring, so yes it can be reversed with oil massages but it usually won't disappear on its own if you stay at the same size and don't do massages.
