I was wondering how long after a stretch do you guys think you should wait till you leave your jewelry out when you sleep? I have never (since I started stretching) left my jewelry out all night. Guess I worry that I will shrink in that time...lol, and it feels weird to me to go without.

i'm gonna paste what i posted to nicole:

"they might shrink, but it's good for them. i think i read a suggestion somewhere that upon waking, if they have shrunk, wear smaller jewellery for a couple of hours until the lobes have relaxed again. they won't downsize completely overnight."
