i use Bactine. it's on the spot burn relief. it really helps, and always clean your ears with sea-salt solution and never with ear piercing cleaner. it always helps me stretch and i have 4's

Yep! Bactine works really well Rean. I do suggest it for stretching, even though I've never used it... I've always gone the hard way with things, and have used numerous objects to stretch, but I do preach about stretching right and cleanliness so that you won't mess up your ears in the long run.

Biggest tip is to be patient... it should not hurt! (even though I'm never patient and just want to put my new jewelry in...)
If you can't be patient like me, take a hot shower ( the hot water def helps put new earrings/sizes in)... or use tapers...
Good luck!
