How long should i wait before stretching bigger?

I've juat put a 1.6mm in and i've got a 2mm and a 3mm and a 3.2mm i'm not sure when i can put them in, anyone know?

you should wait 4-8 weeks before changing to a new size also you should not wear the tapers the full time like jewelry .. you need to use the taper like a tool to instantly guide in a plug ...

You need to wait at least 6 years. You should be able to trip and fall onto the jewelry and have it slide into your ears.
