I recently posted a topic and i've follwed advice on taking my jewellery out and stuff, the sore on my lobe turned into a lump, and now it's turned into a scab, and underneath it's starting to look similar to this just not as bad, does anyone know what it is? and what i can do?

Give it time. Once things heal up, you can start working on the scar. For now your body needs time to heal. Don't put jewelry in or it will irritate your lobe. Don't put lotions or ointments on it. Basically leave it alone. Essentially you have an open wound. Let it heal and you should be alright. : )

Cheers, I'll do that I think I managed to damage it the other day, my ear had shrunk down after leaving it too long, and I forced my plug back in, damaging the tissue and stuff :/
