can i stretch my ears !! help please !

hi
ive had my ear stretched now for about 8 years now and are
at 8mm but fancy going up a few sizes!
but they were originaly done with a hypodetmic punch
am i still able to carry on stretching ??

You should be able to stretch your ears depending on how much tissue is left. I would encourage you to post a photo to get a better opinion. Why did your piercer punch your lobes instead of scalpelling? That isn't generally the recommended method to make large holes. Did you have something going on with your ear?
