instead of using vitamin E oil to massage your ears during stretching, is it alright to use lotion instead?
thanks.

lotion is ok as long as it is unsented and doesnt cause you any irritation . it should be ok till you get something better . you can get a vit e stick at most wal mart for about 1.99 and it lasts a long time and its small as a chap stick so its great to carry with

yeah its in the pharm section near the vitimins .. and yeah I have always heard its the best because its the least likely to cause a reaction but if you check the other boards... I just seen a post from a member that said she has bad reactions to it .. so go with what works for you ... just try to stick with something gentle and non sented

I use jojoba oil, it's supposed to be really good stuff and help breakdown scar tissue. Got it at gnc
