I have had 2g flesh tunnels in my ears for about 3 months and decided to go to a zero. I took a zero gauge sized straw and got that in with a little pain. So I've had them in for 3 days and they are killing me to just touch a little and they' super puffy and I took out the straw and both ears wear bleeding a little and the hole looks terrible. I have them out right now so what should I do to get to the zero now safely. Thanks

Put your 2g plugs back in. Wait for them to heal back up. Then get some 0G tapers to stretch your ears

lol straws arent a gud idea. I wouldnt recomend dead stretching either, especially without regular plugs. Like Tom said, get some 0g tapers, your ears will thank you =D

Ok will do but should I try again right now or wait? Like my ear feel awful. How can I get them back to healthy and ready to try to go back to zero?

Going from 2G to 0G is actually skipping a size; you shouldn't go more than one milimeter at a time but 2G is 6mm and 0G is 8mm. You can get 1G (7mm) online or you can just stretch with PTFE/teflon tape, or get some 1G plugs and try to dead stretch.

Just about every glass company makes 1g plugs and tapers. A lot of people go there between 2 and 0.

You know, it's not because you have the possiblity to buy plugs by internet that everyone have it. I never seen 1g plugs in a piercing shop.
