how to get rid of a ball of scare tissue?

well after deciding to stretch my right ear i put a 2mm stretcher in and a few days later i took it out for a shower and dropped it down the drain, so there is nothing in my ear at the mo and i noticed a ball in my ear and was wondering how to get rid of it?

I'm having a hard time imagining what you are seeing. A picture would be really helpful. If it actually a ball or knob as you describe, it kind of sounds like hypertrophic scarring or a keloid. Pictures would be super helpful.
