lobes bleeding after moving up.

i moved from my 8 to a 6 yesterday and they were fine..but then when i went to bed and woke up one was out and the lobe was bloody and when i looked at the one still in it was bleeding some. i waited for about a month to move up from my 8's which is longer than ive waited for the others. not sure if sleeping irritated it or if i ripped them? i moved back down to my 8's for the time being but im just curious if i can put the 6's back in anytime soon? advice?

8 to 6 is the first full mm jump so its a lil tougher sometimes . I waited about 3 months before I could move up painlessly .. if you seen blood downsizing was the right move .. I know its not what you wanna hear But Id say stay down sized for at least 2 months .. one month for the rip to heal and another month for the ear ( which now has a bit of scar tissue ) to loosed meanwhile do your sea salt soaks and oil massage after about 2 weeks
