Helo, I have this one

Can I wear this or it is only for stretching. I know tapers shouldn't wear but is that valid for this.
Thank's

I wouldn't use that to stretch your ears. A good taper is generally more gradual than the inexpensive tapers and claws made to be worn as jewelry. Also, that may cause uneven stretching since it will be heavier than your standard jewelry, which will pull on your ears and stretch the bottoms more than the tops. It could also promote tears and damage in your freshly stretched lobes.
Short answer, you would probably be better off getting a good taper and a couple glass plugs. : )

from what I understand you can wear tapers ( claws / talons ) like that in healed stretches if you like the look (for short term basis ) . but yeah not great for using to stretch or wearing in fresh stretches

+1 to that! I've heard of people waking up with bloody lobes which were happy the night before. Tapers aren't jewelry and especially not jewelry you sleep in. : )

Yeah, good instincts. If the taper doesn't want to go through to the next size up, your ears are telling you they're not ready. If you want to stretch gradually from one size to the next, you can use the taping method. : )
