Ripped ears? Some blood.

Asking for advice on what to do. So last night I decided to stretch to a 6g after having my 8g for 2 weeks in (I now know that was stupid). And today I just my right ear not my left one was sore as hell. So I decided to take it out and well, there was blood, not a lot, but some. I also noticed that a bit of skin that seemed ripped is showing. So I immediately downsized on both ears 9even though my left ear was fine). I'm doing SSS now.
Advice on what I should do now? How long should I wait to stretch again?

2 weeks is not long enough to wait. If you really dont want this to happen again go down a size, or even 2, and wait the better of 2 months. Yeah its a long time compared to 2 weeks but this wait will ensure your ears dont look like a bomb field and youll for sure be ready to move up agian

Thanks man. I'm happy that today I looked at my lobe and it looks like it used to, and the bleeding stopped, the dead tissue/teared skin that was there yesterday is gone, I think the SSS are doing wonders.

I would downsize to 10g to take the remaining pressure off your ears. They weren't even nearly ready for the stretch since you just went up to an 8g two weeks ago. Let your ears heal for two months, then go back up to an 8g. Let that heal for three months, then stretch to a 6g. It is a minor setback, but it's worth it for your ears in the long run.
Also, I would hold off on any massaging, oils or lotions on your torn ear for a week or two until it is healed and feeling better. It could aggravate the tissue further and cause scarring that will be hard to eliminate.
You get one set of lobes in this life. Treat them like they're worth it and they'll love you back. : )
