I'm going up to a 2g as soon as I have enough free days, so I don't go to work with obvious stretched jewelry in :]

I have tapers, but I always see not to use tapers after 8g [or some close measure]. I've never taped before. Help?

Do you have 2G plugs? Just use the taper and then put in the plugs immediately after. There's nothing wrong with using tapers, they just shouldn't be worn.
