i was told months ago that using these 2 in conjunction with holey butt'r will result in super healing lobes lol so ever since then ive found it to be true...i began stretching my 1st holes in late feb/early march and just hit 0g last week...my 2nd holes which were pierced in march are at 6g and ive been there for almost a month now...i might stretch them one more time but probably not since im not sure how much room i will have in my 1st set with a goal of 16mm...but yea my overall question is has anybody heard of using zinc to help a piercing heal faster?

i know im stretching fast but ive never forced a stretch and the last 4 stretches have all been done with minimal lube and they all went right in with no force...no blowouts no cat butt

If you stretch slowly and carefully you won't have any open wounds that need healing. Stretching really isn't about your lobes "healing" as much as it is them loosening up to be ready for the next size. If I were you I would slow down quite a bit so you don't run into problems in the future (especially if you got the one ear pierced in March... you really shouldn't have stretched it at all until about September).

Vitamin C and Zinc are great to take if you have a few healing piercings at once, though. They won't work any miracles but they will help. Having a healthy diet in general is always good when healing.

would u consider microtears an open wound? if so i was told that was normal by numerous people with stretched ears...but yea ur right i need to slow down but it seems like every time i play around with a taper when i feel my ears are ready it jus seems to slide right in...n about the 2nd holes i was also informed that waiting 2 months before stretching was the norm september seems a bit excessive and i promise they have already healed and are perfectly round with no weak spots
