Red earlobe!

so like 3 months ago i strechted my ears from a normal piercing hole to 6mm (i know it was 2 quick) and i've never taked them off to clean them, i just soaked my earlobes with sea-salt for all of the months, recently i took them off and i noticed that my lobe wasn't heal at all, and it was a little bit red inside, so i massage my earlobes for a while and then when i put the plugs again, it hurted me a little bit. Also, a friend of mine told me to twist the plugs, like twist them doing circles so that my inner-skin and blood doesn't get stuck to them.. I've been taking them off and cleaning my earlobe plus soaking them in sea-salt like that for like 4 or 5 days now. and it always hurts a little bit when i put them on again, what can i do to make them heal better and quicker? Also, when i have to do the soaks, i need to do them with the plugs? or without them? (sorry for my dumb question, im new in this stretching stuff) :|

To be honest, if I were you I would remove your stretches and start over. You skipped eight sizes and you're going to have an insane amount of scar tissue.
Anyway, if you absolutely insist on keeping them in, you need to take care of them. DO NOT twist the plugs, this will disrupt the healing tissue and irritate them. It's a really common misconception that piercings need to be twisted; in reality they just need to be left alone. Also, stop massaging your lobes. The last thing you want to do to irritated skin is rub it.
Sea salt soaks are really the ONLY thing you need to do for now. Other than that, don't touch them, and don't put anything on them. You can leave your plugs in when you soak them. Make sure you don't get your soaks too salty; anything more than 1/4 teaspoon per one cup is too much. Also, never use anything harsh like rubbing alcohol, peroxide, Bactine, or antibacterial soap. These will just kill healthy cells and do nothing for healing.

Keep in mind that if something in your aftercare routine hurts, you're doing more harm than good. So try to be as gentle as possible.
In the future, go slowly and don't skip sizes. Then stretching won't hurt or cause open wounds and you won't have to worry about any of this. :)
I'm Lindsay.
I have 1/2" lobes and 11 piercings: left helix x2, both conches, both nostrils, septum, navel, and VCH.
My lobes are small but I know a lot about stretching and how to do it safely, so message me if you have any questions!
