				HELP.

I want to get pierced on my 18th birthday in a few days, but I'm going on vacation to the beach a couple weeks later.
I know you can't swim in pools because of chlorine.
Is it alright to swim in the ocean after getting pierced?
It's saltwater. (;

As long as I clean it afterwards I should be fine, right?

				i dont really recommend swimming there :/ but its up to you, if the piercing gets infected maybe you will learn a lesson or something

  but its your body, do whatever you want with it

I'll most likely try to stay out of the water and just sit on the beach and enjoy being outside haha.
Thanks for the advice. (:

I'll probably go in, but not so far that I get my piercings wet.
