hey all. i gots meself 16mm lobes. and i'm sick and bloody tired of paying rediculous amounts of money on taper's i'm never going to use again, when going up every 2mm increment. as australia doesn't really have any good suppliers that are cheep. our country is bloody awesome, but being so far away from every other developed nation, makes things hard...
can i use an 18mm silicon tunnel to stretch up a size from 16mm?

wow!! bad idea. lots of things can go wrong while stretching with silicone. why dont you try wrapping your old plugs in ptfe tape till you get to the size you want to be then get some awesome plugs after you slowly stretch your lobes and wear em mate.

It really is horrible to stretch with silicone, but it's what I do anyway haha.
If you want to be an idiot like me, go for it.
The suggestion about taping them is and excellent one, and it can save you loads of money. Good luck!
