HELP CONFUSED

I stretched from a 10g to an 8g 3 days ago i would take it out an clean it every night and there was no problem then yesterday i went to warped tour came home i tried to clean it and when i pulled the taper out it bleed a little idk why and what should i do sea salt soaks or should i downsize or just wait longer to stretch again

First of all, stop wearing tapers as jewelry because they can move around too much. Get some glass, titanium, or at least steel plugs to put in with every stretch. Downsizing would be a good idea.

Yea you should never wear a taper for very long. You should wear it long enough to get you new jewelry in and that's it
