Taping at a 4g?

Taping at a 4g?

is 4g too small to start taping, for the life of me, 2s just dont work for me, can i start taping with a double flare, i have tons of play

You need to tape on single/no flares really. Ones with a straight wearable.
But yeah, its perfectly possible to tape 4g, a bit fiddly though so take your time.

Without a straight wearable it'll mess up, and stretch wonkily. And the tape just creases and goes to poop generally.
But if its a flat flare (as opposed to saddle, curvy-ness), you might be okay, but you might have to retape everytime you take them out. Not too sure. You can but try!
