im new to this and need some advice pleas :3
hey um im new to ear stretching, i need some advice. my question is should i let my ear heal fully before stretching everytime i go up a size or just keep going and get to my goal size of 12-14mm and then let them heal? any advice would be appreciated
left ear - 16mm
right ear - 12mm
goal size - 20mm in both
right ear - 12mm
goal size - 20mm in both

take it 1 size at a time do not skip sizes and make sure to wait 4-6 weeks between the small sizes 16 ga -8 ga and then wait 1-3 months between the bigger sizes ... all the waiting is not just to let your ear heal but to also give it time to strengthen enough to stretch properly without cause a lot of scar tissue

What they said. Also, stretching should really never cause any wounds that need to heal. It's really just a matter of giving your ear enough time to be ready to move up to the next size with no pain or resistance.

stretching should never hurt. if it hurts youre stretching too fast
