Baaaad blow out

a little back story, i've been stretching my ears for the last 11 years on and off back and forth. long story short when i was alot younger i blew out my left ear super bad and decided to cut off the excess skin...yeah i know its super gross i wasn't the smartest child, but then again back then there wasnt much support on this. years after i stretched too fast (5/8ths)and blew it out again and took it out and it grew over. re-pierced it a few years back and started again and i've been having issues ever since. i am going to chalk it up to just having too much scar tissue because even the smallest stretch is terrible. so heres where the new issue comes into play.
about a week ago i was sitting at 11/16ths really loose in the front with lots of room and the back was a little tighter. i decided it was time to level up .... i went from 11/16ths to 3/4's using (i know i know ) a thick silicon...(I KNOW!) three days later the swelling started and i noticed a huge issue. i had to cut out the jewelery and put in a new 3/4 inch steel single eyelet. the entire back of my ear is shredded and not happy. still swolen and puss-y and nasty. i've been doing salt water soaks twice a day but i am wondering if there is anything more i can do to heal this little buddy and reduce swelling.... sorry for the lengthy post!
