SO I have had some trouble with my right ear, and it saddens me but my ear hole closed up

So I have to restart all over again with it. I have a ball of scar tissue in my ear and I know that if I want to restretch again (wich I do) It might take longer to stretch due to scar tissue being harder. I was thinking about when i get it repierced, to get it peirced at a bigger size so I can start off at a alright size instead a small whole and have to wait forever to stretch. I know doing so would mean taking a chunk out of my ear. why I think it's a good idea: well for one it will get rid of the scar tissue, and 2 I can start off at a bigger size. What I am wondering: Is their any real big risks to this? I know if i do this I will have a perminent whole that will not close unless i have surgery, which i am fine with. But is their any other issues of getting my ear peirced at a bigger size? I would greatly appreciate any help, and it would be awesome if you shared your own personal storys of doing it. Thank you bunches
