Stretching with a no piercings allowed job?

I'm currently at 4g and started a job where I have to take my plugs out while working. This is anywhere from 5-8 hours. However, it's a pretty relaxed environment and flesh-colored plugs would probably be okay to wear. However, all flesh-colored plugs I see are silicone, and it seems that silicone and stretching don't mix. Not the mention all the flesh-colored silicone plugs seem to be double flare, so I have no idea how I'd even get that in after using a taper.
Does anyone know of maybe some flesh-colored plugs that aren't silicone? Or does anyone have an idea of how I can continue stretching in-regards to my work situation?

i believe i have seen some glass flesh colored plugs before on body art forms. i dont know where to find them on the site though, and i think they may be doubled flared. im also not sure how true to skin color they are.

The jeweled earings won't work as I'm not allowed to have any sort of visible piercings during work. I haven't been able to find flesh-colored glass plugs yet, but I'll keep searching.

I've never tried to tape silicone jewelry, but that might be an option, although probably tricky. Since teflon is fine for fresh stretches, you would just wait a full month at your new size before putting your silicone plugs in. Changing out the teflon tape regularly might be a real hassle, because you'll need too do that at the least a few times a week. Only other option I can think of is to see if you can find flesh colored glass, and you might need to custom order that from a glass maker. Look for 'colorfront' plugs rather than solid color, that usually means a more opaque color was used for the plugs, so they won't be transparent or translucent, although the back will be clear.
This place can often do custom orders for glass jewelry:
