i just joined a jui jitsu class, and im paranoid of getting my plugs ripped out. Will it be ok if i take my plugs out for an hour? i'm afraid they will shrink but i need another onion..

This won't be a big deal for you, your ears might shrink a little bit, but that's normal. It won't be so drastic that you can't put your gauges back in. It might hurt a little if you haven't had your gauges in for a while, which is normal. Well hope that provided you some information! HAPPY STRETCHING!

thanks, maybe ill try some silicon plugs so they fit it easier if my ears start to close up

You could always do that, but it won't be that bad, it's all a normal process! I hope you have luck with it my friend!
