These are my size 10s. Just looking for some comments on how they're looking. Also, how big do you think I could possibly go?

They look good an you can go as big as you want.

Doubt you'd have any problems going quite large as long as you're patient, you've got lots of room and your piercings themselves are placed well and very smooth and content looking. Yah for happy piercings!
