I really hope by going to 30mm you mean going to all the sizes between 22mm and 30mm.
As far as mirror plugs, I don't know, you could try bodyartforms.com they seem to have a larger range of jewellery than any other site I've been to.

Actual mirrors you'll struggle with. Just go to hobbycraft and superglue some rounds in an eyelet

'mirrorbacks/cancer plugs' are hard to find now. Made for APP a while ago, never really made again. I'm not sure they made them that large anyway.
Emblem glass
http://www.etsy.com/shop/emblemglass Make similarish ones now, but apparently nowhere near as shiny. Not sure he'd make 30mm either. So if you wanted them, you might need to DIY some into eyelets (I like inlaying stuff atm

)

I know a lot of glass people that would cut perfectly sized mirror rounds for me and i make wooden plugs

I could very easily inlay the mirrors into some plugs.
if you dont find anything else.
