I got my ears piered a week ago to 14g and have been noticing my left ear is a bit more sensitive if I accidently bump it than my right that I can hardly tell a difference in since its been pierced. Is this just a normal varience in healing of the ears or is there some other reason?

Nah, that sounds normal!
My ears are the same way. My left ear freaks out over everything compared to my right ear. Just be careful!

I think everyone has a difficult ear. For me, it was always my left ear. It hurt a lot more to be pierced and was more difficult to stretch. Then after I got to 1G they flip flopped; my right ear is the problem child now!

My ears are the same way...with piercing the left was more sensitive and with stretching, the left is less friendly. As a matter of fact, the whole left side of my body is less friendly than the right. I've had symmetrical facial piercings and body piercings and the left side is always more irritated than the right.
