Well I've been using double flares for a while now and I take em out and put em in pretty easy, and now I wanna go to 7/16ths I have some single flare tunnels I'm curious if I can use those to stretch up? I'm kinda of a noob so yeah tips?

Yes, you can use your single flares to dead stretch, however you only just recently stretched to the size you are now. So please for the love of whatever god you worship, don't stretch again for several more months.

Of course you can stretch with single flares... you should never stretch with double flares.

If your ears were so "different" to everyone elses, then you wouldn't have ripped them only a month ago when you upsized. That itself is a sign that you needed to stop and slow down.
