hello , I decided to try again and put my 6 ga jewelry in and well the left went well not to much pain a little tiny stinry area but It didnt take much force I just pushed it in and wiggled it a little .. the right ear on the other hand isnt going as easy and Im afraid it isnt quite ready should I take the 6 out and keep wearing 8 or should I keep one 6 and one 8 and try agan in a few days ?
if I took the 6 out would that hole tighten back to a 8 or stay loose ?

if its not unbarable go ahead and put the 6's in, you you go back to 8 the holes will heal to that size so if you wanna strech em out dont go down unless you need to. So its safe to put in 6's but make sure you dont force in the 6's tho cause if you rip the ear its gonna hurt the overall quality of your lobe that can ruin your strech limit and the way it looks.

Thanks for the info I think Im going to wear some stainless in them for a few days and try the 6s again , maybe the little extra weight will help that right ear loosen , it must just have alittle more scar tissue built up from having it repierced about 3 times between 2 and 25 its odd because up till I put in the 8 ga I always thought my right ear felt looser but I guess not

-_- it's info like this that's screwing people up. For the five millionth time on this thread: Stretching should not hurt AT ALL. You should NOT have to force the jewerly in your ear. Putting 8g plugs in your ears will not force your ears to close up to that size...if you're wearing stone or even some glass plugs the weight will slowly stretch your lobe, and you should also be tugging on them every so often to help stretch your lobes out.

Thanks windowlicker , I am feeling a little lopsided but this is whats going on now and I think its probably best for me .. i waited a few days and since my left lobe was still very loose I put in my 6ga jewelry ( it didnt hurt and didnt require alot of force at all )and tried again on the right it is was still tight so I am now wearing a 8 ga steel spiral in my right ear , im only wearing it to add a little weight to loosen the right hole then when its ready ill try again with the 6 ga .. but I wanted you to know that Im not forcing or rushing anything :) despite the previous "advice "

just to clarify if that didnt make since , I have 6g in my left ear ( feeling great no pain no red no swelling ) and the heavier steel spiral 8 ga in my right ear for now
