Oil, Massage, and Some Questions

So I just received a bottle of Naked Oil from bodyartforms.com (my preferred online place for ear-pretties) and have been using it on my ear lobes for three days (twice, sometimes thrice daily). I love it! It's kinda thick and a little sticky, but it absorbs and hydrates much more completely than the jojoba oil I had been using. My skin is healthier, and stretchier as well. It smells a little odd; it's castor oil, lavendar oil, and tea tree oil. The crusties and ear cheese have declined massively as well. I don't think my ears have been this happy in quite a long time^.^

So I was a bit curious as to the kind of oils and things you guys preferred. What do you use? How do you like it?

I was also curious if there was a certain technique for lobe massage. I mean, I get the oil on my fingers and just kinda smush and rub it into my ear lobes. Is there a better technique that I could be using? What works best for you? How often do you remove your jewelry for massage? Do you leave it in?

Are there any other maintenance tricks you would recommend? I've been stretching my ears for a long time, but am just recently getting into the taking care of my lobes thing. So I still have a lot to learn, and I'm very curious^.^

I feel like vitamin E oil and emu oil deliver the most results for me, but I really love naked oil too. When I'm trying to break down scar tissue and make my lobes stretchier I use vitamin E, but just for moisturizing and maintaining healthy lobes I use naked or emu. I actually love the smell of naked oil! It took me a while to get used to it but I really like it and it hides the gross ear smell.

Ooh, thanks! I haven't tried Vitamin E oil yet, though I have used emu oil (though not for my ears) in the past. Since I'm not actively stretching at this point, the moisturizing and maintaining my lobes is the focus. I'm really happy with my Naked, and I'm finding that the more I use it, the more I'm liking the smell. I'm kind of embarrassed that I've been stretching for as long as I have and am just getting into the maintenance part of it now >.< Before I started stretching, I did so much research so that I'd know what I was getting into (I was 15 when I started stretching), but missed out on this part.

Do you have any massage tips? I don't know if there's anything specific I should be doing, so at this point I'm just rubbing the oil in and making sure to work it into the holes. I do it twice a day, and I take my 0gs out when I sleep (I leave the 4gs in).

Thanks for taking the time to respond^.^ I'm so happy to have found this board!
