Still doesn't look like a blowout, just irritated.

Yes. You could let your lobe(s) go naked. They'd actually heal much faster.
It does look irritated though so i say instead of doing a full on massage, just dab some Vit E oil on them. If they are irritated, doing full on massages could be irritating them even more.
For the soaks. Use sea salt. It's like $2 and it'll last you a while. 1/4th of a teaspoon to 8oz(1 cup) of warm water. The warm water is one of the most beneficial parts of the soak, the salt promotes healing. Soak your ears for about 5-15 mins twice a day.

I am new to stretching and never had a blow out bit it looks like air couldnt get to it and it got all chapped and icky . like if you wear a ring on your finger thats wide and tight it can make the skin under it all irritated and gross .. especially if you dont take it off once in a while to get air.... but thats just my openion as to what it looks like

Wait, so its not a blowout anymore? After I did that thing with sea salt my ears is so dry. But still kinda swollen and my ear lobe is still 4g but without plug it looks totally like 18g. So I shouldn't massage it. So can I stay and 4 because I really don't wanna go down I already did from 2. So what now just wait? If I shouldn't massage them now so what should I do to get rid of that swollen thing?
__ A DECIDED TO GO NAKED _ LOL ILL START ALL OVER AGAIN AND THEN SERIUSLY WAIT 1 MONTH OR EVEN MORE BETWEEN EACH STRETCH ! AMEN.

That's REALLLLLY unnecessary. In the latest pics it looks more like irritation and swelling. If anything, continue as everybody said, but downsize to maybe a 6 or 8. There is no reason at all to start all over. IMHO.

Get the taper out and go back to your previous size. The swelling means you weren't ready to stretch, and you need to downsize to get the pressure off your lobes. Try again in a couple of months when your lobes are fully healed, and don't force it. Stretching should be painless if you're doing it correctly.

How many times does it have to be said?
DON'T WEAR TAPERS, THEY ARE SHIT FOR YOUR EARS
Seriously though, invest in some steel tunnels, they go for dirt cheap on ebay.

I would just leave jewelry out and let it heal. And next time wait longer between stretches
