Mag, on average a lot of tapers being sold by retailers here in the states are that long and often made of plastic, and people use them.
So yeah, when you have a 1 1/2"-2" taper hanging out of a fresh stretching it can cause a few problems.
It's not a revolution, it's a lifestyle.

I just had the same thing happen to me when i recently stretched to a 6g. a little pinch, but nothing to bad. But only to my left ear. My right ear streches easy.
