i started out with one lobe too! but well then i really wanted two ears, and i havent regretted it in anyway, the only thing that bothers me a bit is that if i move up, they arent the same size, and i have to do double the work, instead of just one lobe, but i love them alot

I like symmetry, so I prefer both. I have both done, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I prefer symmetry, but I have seen a few people with only the one and they looked good too. Do what you think looks best!
