I suggest you not wear any organic materials until your ears are completely healed from their stretch, which will be about a month or more after. Organic materials are porous, and could risk the chance of your fistulas healing into the plugs.
Glass, steel, or titanium are going to be your choices. *shrugs* That's just how it is if you don't want to risk it. They are non-porous, so no chance of having what happens with organic materials.
I wonder, though, and I ask this towards everyone: What about Biopast? I've seen plenty of Bioplast barbells that are clear, and I know those are safe for even fresh piercings.

i ordered the glass ones but i think your right those bioplast things probably work best where can i order tapers for them I found this site http://www.bioplast.com/.... can you recommend any?

I'm sorry to be a pest but i look at some sites and some dont have like 16g they say like 8mm hows that work?
