Advice on sizes please?

Hi, so here's the deal. I know most of you say to wait several months between every size, which is good for most people. However mine are what I would consider abnormally stretchy, and this is what I've done so far. Pierced at 16, 14, 10, (used my friend's 12 tapers but they went in way too easy, had absolutely no discomfort with 10) 8, 6, 4, 2. I waited at least 3 weeks between 14-6 and a month between 4 and 2. But 2 is where I had my first problem. Two went in, slight discomfort and tightness but nothing major. However at the time I didn't know not to put double flares in right after stretching so I went to my piercer, he put the double flares in and tore my ears and caused a small blowout in one, I was eventually able to get the flares out and put in no flared jewelery. The blowout disappeared in a day. I've been doing sea salt soaks for a couple minutes twice a day, and jojoba oil massages twice a day for 10 minutes. The ears are healthy, thick, no visible scar tissue. So it's been two months since I stretched to a 2, and I stretched to a 0 today. But in between I had 7 mil wood plugs in and would pull on them. So when I stretched today, the 0 tapers slipped right in, couldn't feel it even a little, and there was tons of extra space. So I thought i would try my double flares, and they went right in, couldnt feel them, no forcing involved. I can slip them in and out easily, and theres still gapping. I know this sounds weird, but I feel so unaccomplished since I didn't feel anything. Do you think considering the circumstances it would be safe to at least trying to go to a 00, considering my ears were already a bit bigger than 0 before I even stretched them?

honestly it just seems that your in a race and to what only you can be sure of. I'm not really sure that your care too much about ear health and you may well do as you please. Near everyone here is gonna tell you to take your time, enjoy the experience, and treat your body well. eh.

I think if my ears are totally healthy and I never go faster than feels comfortable and I don't experience any 'pain' in stretching, and I do all the aftercare recommended, I'd say I care about ear helath. No need to be so patronizing.

Re: Advice on sizes please?

sorry.
But really it doesnt go healthy ears to blowout, that just doesnt happen unless you shove a boulder in your ear. Tears happen when you strech to fast, blow outs happen when your ears were never even meant to see what you were trying to put in your ears for a few months later. I stick to the claim that you seem hasty to move up even after what should a have a notably bad experience but you're right i shouldn't have patrionized you.
Now, I guess only you know how healed your ears are but note that extra time is NEVER a bad thing as blow outs do happen as a result of streching to fast and too much stress on your ears. These things just take time for it to be done 'correctly'.

Re: Advice on sizes please?

Maybe you should have read my post more thouroughly. I didn't get the blowout from stretching too quickly, when I stretched to 2 I had no issues, it was when I went to my piercer and they shoved my double flares in. I wouldn't have had them put them in if they had warned me bad things could happen but they didn't and I didn't know. they ripped my ears from the big flares, but as soon as they were loose enough to get them out, I took them out, put my 4's back in, took good care of them, waited 2 months, went up to 2 again and kept single flared plugs in, waited another 2 months, and then went up to 0. So I didn't get the blowout from being intentionally stupid and I took about 4 1/2 months to recover from it. And they are healthy. But I will take your advice and wait about another month before I go up another size.
