My advice... as a "grown up" that has influence over hiring at the ad agency I work at? Show employers that you will work hard, are passionate about your job, and that you use common sense.

Alright that makes me feel a lot better, because I can definitely do that.
And to everyone else, I live in Idaho and sometimes I wonder if the people in my town are inbred or not... lol
